Your package will generally be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Normally we do shipments on wednesdays and fridays and they will be shipped using Swedish postal services. Currently our forwarder does not support on-line tracking but every shipment receives an identification number that can be used to trace your shipment by contacting the forwarder directly. If you prefer to have another forwarder handle your shipment you need to contact us so that we can arrange this. This will cost extra and will delay your shipment.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.
